After School Care - Orientation Information
The Service is following all Covid Health recommendations at this time.
BASC Voucher: The Before & After School care voucher can be used for ASC. More details here
Hours of Operation: 3pm to 5:30pm (last pickup 5:25pm)
Days: Currently Monday, Tuesday and Wed. Thurs and Fri to be added as sufficeint enrolments received.
For your child to participate in care on a permanent or casual basis please follow these steps:
1) Enrollment:
ENROL in Hubworks. This is where you provide all your child's details, allergy information, contact details and CRN details in order to receive rebates. It is the parent or guardians responsibility to enter accurate information and to keep all details up to date. Enrolling is a one off process and bookings are NOT make through Hubworks. You will be sent a username and login - please keep this safe so that you can log in to keep your child's details up to date, get receipts etc.
2) Bookings:
Make your permanent or casual booking by email to [email protected] stating your child's full name, their class and the days you require care. Permanent and Casual bookings are made by email up to 12:30pm on the day of care. You will receive email confirmation by 1:30pm. Please make sure your child is aware of this.
Class 1 - 6 are to go DIRECTLY to the ASC room (craft room). Kindy classes will be collected by staff.
We inform the school of attendances each day.
3) Late Bookings:
If you email AFTER 12:30pm please also TEXT the ASC phone (0494-178-932 ) so that staff will know on arrival. Please state your child's full name in all correspondence.
4) Absence:
Notification of child's absence from After School Care should be emailed to [email protected] BEFORE 12:30pm on the day of care . After this time you will need to email AND send a text message to the service phone 0494-178-932 so that staff will know when they arrive. (Phone attended during care hours ONLY). Please state your child's full name in all correspondence.
Fees:
$30/day permanent booking, $35 casual (before rebates)
Payment is by bank transfer only and bank details are at the end of invoice. You can get your invoice / receipts by ogging in to Hubworks using the USERNAME (NOT email) and password that you receive when you Enrol or we will email to you periodically.
Late Fee:
When children not collected by 5:25pm a late fee of $30 / 15mins (or part thereof) will be charged.
Payment of Fees:
Invoices for permanent ASC will be sent out by term. Your invoice should include your ESTIMATES CCS rebate. Payment for ASC is due at the beginning of the term. Payment of fees for Casual care is due at the time of booking
Payments should be made by direct bank transfer to:
Laivoi Pty Ltd: BSB: 062 197 A/C: 1098 9972 (Use child’s FULL name as reference)
Rebates/Fee Relief:
Child Care Benefit (CCB) & Child Care 50% Rebate (CCR) available. Please ensure your are registered with Centrelink and that your CRN and DOB information is correct for BOTH parent and child. Immunisations must be up to date in order for you to be eligible for rebates. Click here for more details.

The best contact is by email. Emails will be responded to between 12:30pm and 1:30pm Monday to Friday
The staff can be contacted on the service mobile DURING CARE HOURS ONLY on 0494-178-932
If there is no reply we are with the children. Please send a brief TEXT MESSAGE stating your child's name. Please DO NOT use this phone for account queries - email only. This phone is NOT attended at other times.
Hubworks Login:
You can LOGIN to Hubworks at https://steinercare.hubworks.com.au/
If you have used the service before (after school care or holiday care) please do NOT ENROL again.
Click the forgotten password button to have your password re-sent to your email.
You will be emailed a username and password to log in to Hubworks.
Be sure to Keep USERNAME & password for future use.
You will need it to get invoices & receipts and to keep your details up to date.
Email us if you have forgotten your username (it is NOT your email)
Please log in and complete essential details on the Enrolment form to include full contact details, CRN details and any medical or dietary requirements.
Please ensure that you enter CORRECT CRN AND DOB DETAILS for Parent AND Child. It is your responsibility to maintain this data in order to be able to receive rebates.
ALLERGIES, FOOD INTOLERANCES & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If your child has allergies or a medical condition please complete a MEDICAL MANAGEMENT PLAN on the Policies & Forms page.
Then please ensure that if your child's details / special dietary requirements are UPDATED on the ALLERGIES section of the enrolment form.
Select 'Yes' to allergies and give details in the comments section below.
Only Allergy and Medical information are currently printed on the sign-in rolls and this is where staff check for dietary and medical requirements.The 'Food Intolerances' section does not currently get printed on sign-in rolls.
If your child has a severe dietary or medical condition PLEASE EMAIL US FULL details and speak to one of the staff.

Afternoon Tea: Healthy afternoon tea that children enjoy preparing / cooking together
ALL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS CATERED FOR - Please let us know your child's needs when enrolling
Activities: Quiet area for relaxation / preparing afternoon tea & cooking.
Indoor games / art and craft / stories and reading / gross-motor activities and outdoor group games /
special interest projects / gardening / pets
Where: The Craft Room at Central Coast Steiner School, Fountaindale.
Staff will collect Kindergarten children at 2:55pm to bring them to ASC
