Before & After School Care Voucher Information
NSW goverment has issued BASC vouchers which are available to all families.
YOU CAN STILL APPLY FOR THE VOUCHER UP TO JAN 2023!!
Each child is entitled to $500 of care in an OOSH Service (valid for before or after school or Holiday Care).
You can apply for the voucher and get more details here https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/basc-voucher
To use your voucher with our service:
1) Send the voucher QR code (or code number) to us in a NEW email with the subject "BASC VOUCHER child's name"
2) We will scan and process the voucher. It may take several days to reach your account
3) The credit from the BASC voucher can be used over more than one holiday care period / ASC term.
4) Voucher value can be used up to June 2023 as long as it is scanned by us before 31 Jan 2023.
5) Hubworks will show the credit deducted weekly AFTER YOUR CHILD HAS ATTENDED and when we submit attendance.
6) Hubworks invoice will show BASC CREDIT REMAINING at the top of the invoice - as long as the credit remaining is less than or equal to the invoice amount there is nothing to pay.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO EMAIL US TO ASK TO USE BASC CREDIT REMAINING. It will automatically deduct AFTER we have submitted your child's attendance.
Example 1:
BASC Credit remaining $300 (shown at top right of invoice)
Total Due on Invoice $200
When you receive the invoice BEFORE your child attends you just need to deduct BASC Credit remaining from Total Due. So in example this is ($200 - $300) = $100 CR remaining. Nothing to Pay.
Example 2:
BASC Credit remaining $500 (shown at top right of invoice)
Total Due on Invoice $800
When you receive the invoice BEFORE your child attends you just need to deduct BASC Credit remaining from Total Due. So in example this is ($800 - $500) = $300 to Pay.
7) Credit will NOT be applied to amounts outstanding on your invoice BEFORE your voucher was scanned by us. These must be paid as normal.
