Once your child is ENROLLED in Hubworks, Complete and Submit the booking form below. Then make payment by direct bank transfer. Bank details at the bottom of your invoice. (Use child’s FULL name as reference)
** Terms of Booking: Payment must be made at the time of booking and is NON REFUNDABLE. Please arrive by 9am . Late fees charged for pickup after 530pm
NOTE: Building works will be happening at school and there will be no acces via the turnig circle. Holiday care will be based in the Class 5 room (just opposite current room).
